The Heritage Home Program offers free technical assistance and a 2.0% fixed rate loan for rehab of houses that are 50 years old or older.  The Heritage Home Program is looking for local partners across the state to make this Program available to your residents.  Learn about how the Program has been successful for 20 years in Cleveland and how it can now be available to your community.
