Statehood Day

Meeting & Working with Your Elected Officials Webinar

Tuesday, February 13th 1 pm – 2 pm

Statehood Day will be Wednesday, February 28. This is the day when people interested in history, historic preservation, archeology, archives, local museums, heritage tourism, and downtown revitalization congregate at the statehouse, and make appointments with their legislators to talk about issues important to you and your community.
Todd Kleismit will lead the discussion on the lay of the land and what to expect. How to find your representative, how to make an appointment, what information you might prepare, and who holds leadership positions.
Whether you come to Statehood Day, or not, you should be comfortable calling on your elected representatives, they want to hear from you and know what they can be doing to help not only their district, but all of Ohio.
